1. All people have sinned against GOD.

A) No one is in right standing with God on their own merit.

Romans 3:10

B) We have all sinned in the past.

2. GOD made all things by his word.

A) The Word of God was God in the beginning.
John 1: 1-3

B) All things were created by the Word of God.
Colossians 1:16

C) God’s Word always accomplishes His purposes.

3. God created man and gave him life.

A) God formed man from earth and put his spirit and soul in him.
Genesis 2:7

B) The Word was life that became light to men.
John 1:4

C) God put man’s spirit in him to receive light.
Proverbs 20:27

D) God’s Word goes into man’s inner man of the heart where his spirit and soul are located.
Hebrews 4:12

4. God provided everything for man and gave him a free will in his soul.

A) God gave man a boundary, warning that the consequences of violation results in death.

5. Man disobeyed God as an act of his free will

A) Man (Adam and Eve) was the image of God in this world.

Satan tempted them and they chose to disobey God.

Genesis 3:1-6

B) Immediately after disobeying God they lost their innocence. This resulted in their taking on the sin nature which separated them from God and they hid themselves.

6. Man’s disobedience to God brought a curse on man unto death.

A) Man became cursed to toil for provision all his days.

B) Man’s sin caused him to be banished from the tree of life which was in the Garden of Eden.

7. God immediately made a way for man to be redeemed to Him because of His grace.

A) God showed man that his sin resulted in the death of a lamb for a covering for him.

Genesis 3:21

B) Adam and Eve’s sons (Cain and Abel) brought offerings to God for their sin. Abel’s offering required shedding the blood of a lamb. Cain’s offering was the works of his hands.

Genesis 4:3-7

C) God accepted Abel’s sacrifice and rejected Cain’s offering.

Hebrews 11:4

D) Sin earns the death penalty: but God gives eternal life through Jesus Christ becoming our Lord!

Romans 6:23

E) The first man’s sin brought death to the human race. Jesus Christ offers forgiveness of sin as God’s gift of grace to man.

F) God’s Word promises that anyone and everyone who calls on Jesus as Lord shall be saved.

8. Jesus came to earth from Heaven to seek and to save the ones who are lost.

A) Jesus’ purpose on earth was to find and restore spiritually lost people.

Luke 19:10

B) Spiritually lost people have been separated from God by breaking the law of sin and death which says the: “The soul that sins shall surely die“.

C) God is not pleased with those who are controlled by the sinful nature.

9. Christ is the eternal sacrifice for man.

A) After Jesus finds and restores the lost they are no longer condemned to eternal death because of the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:1-2

B) Jesus’ atoning blood gave man a higher law (the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus) than the law of sin and death.

Galatians 3:13

C) Man cannot boast of his good works, they don’t save him. His salvation is only through faith in Christ’s death for his sins. That is God’s gift. Now man’s good works follow God’s created plan for those that are now His through salvation.

Ephesians 2:8-10

D) God is pleased when man has God’s gift of faith within him.

10. By believing in Jesus Christ, we know we have eternal life.

A) Jesus told us that man must be born again to enter His kingdom. Man is first born of water from his mother’s womb. He is born again by the Spirit of God.

John 3:3-5

B) God wrote John’s testimony to those who believe so they can be certain they have eternal life.

CD NINE: POINT 11

11. Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior of the world and the ONLY way to Salvation. Salvation means saved from being eternally condemned to hell but saved to eternal life in Heaven.

A) Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

John 14:6

B) Jesus has the power and authority on earth to forgive sins.

Luke 5:24

C) The day you cry out to Jesus, you secure your place in heaven and eternal Life.

D) Jesus is the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world.

E) Jesus says whosoever believes in him shall have eternal life.

John 3:16-18, 36

F) He is the Savior of the world.

G) Jesus is our Lord, our Savior, and the only way to salvation!!!!

CD TEN: POINT 12

12. At the end of our lives, God takes everyone to one of two Judgment Seats that they may give an account of their life to Him.

A) All are going to die, then there is a Judgment.

Hebrews 9:27

Ecclesiastes 12:7

B) There is a Judgment Seat of Christ.

Romans 14:10-12

C) All Christians, whether dead or alive, will have their bodies changed into glorified bodies at the rapture of the church.

I Corinthians 15:51-57

I Thessalonians 4:13-18

D) The Great White Throne Judgment is for all non-believers. All of them will ultimately go into the lake of fire.

Revelation 20:11-15

E) The Judgment Seat of Christ is where all born again believers will appear. Here they get God’s judgment on their life. Their names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life and Jesus’ blood has cleansed their sins.

Conclusion:

If you believe these scriptures and therefore believe in your heart that Jesus’ death and resurrection satisfied God for your sin and you want to confess your faith with your mouth to God and receive Jesus as your Savior and Lord then you can pray a prayer like the following and know that you are going to heaven for sure. Romans 10:8-13

A Prayer to God that leads to Eternal Life:

"Lord, I want to be with You in Heaven and know for sure. I am a sinner, not worthy to enter in. But You loved the world so much that You gave Your only and perfect Son Jesus, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but has everlasting life. I know that Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood to take my sin and give me His righteousness. Lord, I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in my heart that He rose from the dead according to the testimony of the Word of God. According to Your Word I believe that I now have everlasting life and that You will never leave me or forsake me. Thank You for saving me. Lord, may your Holy Spirit now teach me to live this life for you in Jesus Name, Amen! John 3:16 Romans 10:9-10
